Weekly Tarot Reading: Feb. 5-11, 2017

Good Morning Love Bugs!

This week's reading shows that there was indeed work done last week. This makes me happy! The theme that I'm getting is CREATIVITY IN BALANCE.

Its no coincidence that the Journey of Love Oracle Card I pulled today was all about balance and today's tarot card is the 2 of Fire. Last week the 2 of Fire was reversed, letting us know that there was work to be done around centering and balancing ourselves and listening to our intuition. This has been rectified as the 2 of Fire is now upright and showing us that we are moving forward and great things are to happen this week, starting with today. This card is giving me so much Leo fire. I get this feeling that some of us will spend the day sitting and basking in our accomplishments, our progress. Others of us will have a new idea, new project, new something come to us. Whatever this new thing is its going to cause you to feel this confidence about yourself and your future.

The Reversed Sorceress (Magician) on Monday is the only hiccup that may happen in this week. It comes as a warning to not get too full of yourself to the point where your confidence becomes arrogance. Its also a warning to not get too caught up in the light that you forget what is lurking in the dark. This card is saying proceed with your plans and projects, but proceed cautiously, logically. Don't let your feelings take control. Remember, BALANCE! Always check everything, double and triple check it. Make sure that all is right before proceeding.

Shakti on Tuesday brings some spice into the week. She comes to show us what is possible when our Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine are in balance, as She represents this balance. Once you achieve this balance a creative fire will course through your body. You will find that its easy to manifest, create, be. You want it and everything that has been standing in your way simply disappears. That's because the kundalini fire within you not only creates the path but destroys anything that tries to get in the way of the path being laid. The Divine Feminine is the creator of the path, and the Divine Masculine is the fiery Mars energy that will burn anything that gets in its way. Starting on Tuesday you may see blocks you previously had start to move. You will start to manifest with ease. Shakti will be with you!

The Mother of Wind on Wednesday is the results of Shakti's presence on Tuesday. This Mother is highly ambitious and creative. If she can envision it, she can create it. Look at this card though. She's not relying on her sight. She's is using her 3rd eye (intuition) solely. Her 3rd eye is in constant communication with the Universe and is receiving major downloads. This Mother is simultaneously receiving and creating, a sign of instant manifestation. This has been a thing lately, and this card is a sign that it will continue this week. This Mother is the archetype of the Queen of Swords, who is known to cut through any bullshit that gets in her way. This is indicative of Shakti's power present in this Queen Mother. Shakti's creative fire is powering this time. Make good use of it.

The Ace of Wind on Thursday speaks of the payoff of this creatively fertile week. Following your intuition, being in balance, Shakti's kundalini fire...it all leads to new beginnings. Again, rapid manifestation of our desires will be happening. New projects, new jobs, new homes, fresh starts, new energy, new ideas, new relationships...it all can happen this week. It'll all be seen by Thursday.

The Reversed 8 of Fire on Friday is a warning for some and a calling for others. For those who have a tendency to be arrogant *points wooden spoon at the fire signs*, this is a warning to watch it! Yes this week is going to be all firey and creative and shit, but don't get too arrogant in the showing off of your blessings. Remember, BALANCE! As fast as you have manifested your desires, they can be snatched away from you if you aren't careful. For those who have a tendency to play small and always want to be humble and shit. In the words of NWA "Express yourself!". Its ok to be confident. Stop playing small! You did it, YOU! You manifested, you created, you did it. Its ok to be proud of your accomplishments. Its ok to be proud of yourself. Its ok to show off a little bit. Go ahead and flaunt your powers. Just remember...balance.

Which leads me to Saturday's 6 of Seas. Which is all about celebrating the accomplishments of the week. Let down your hair and have fun. Do whatever it is that you to do celebrate yourself and your accomplishments. Whether that's a self-care day, brunch with bottomless mimosas, hanging out with friends, or partying. Celebrate, celebrate, celebrate! Give thanks to the Universe, the Ancestors, the Angels, the Guides, the God(dess)es, and everyone who has gotten you to this point. Remember that gratitude is key in continued manifestation. Ashe!
